It is a time of year for many of you to celebrate. We can see that many of you are very focused in the physical at this time as there are places to go and lots to do and eat. But we would offer a practice to you that will help keep you from depleting your energetic bodies.
We can see that the practice of stilling your mind and body is greatly beneficial to you. When you are rushing here and there, you tend to work your energy up into a frenzy. This can make the days seem exciting, but it can also make you feel depleted. In addition, it can lead to … we will say, not the best decision-making for your benefit.
If you will take just a few minutes several times a day to close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and relax, you can maintain your positive energetic charge. It does not take long, yet the outcome is significant. Again, it is not a difficult practice. You can do this in your car before you drive, or after you are finished. You can do it while standing at the sink doing dishes. You can do it at your desk at work. You can do it for only 10 seconds, or you can do it for 10 minutes.
We offer this because we can tell how “exhausted” you feel. This simple practice will not only maintain your energy, but because it aids your mental health as well, you will not feel so tired.
